Q: How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
A: Vehicle repair time is determined by the complexity of the damages. At National Auto Collision, we will make the repair in a timely manner without compromising quality standards for the sake of time. It is our priority to get the job done correctly, the first time.

Q: Do you do any custom work?

Q: How do I know when my car will be ready?
A: When you schedule your repair, we will give you a tentative completion date. We strongly recommend customer to check with us 24 hours prior to completion to confirm that we are still on schedule. If we anticipate major changes to the delivery date, we will contact you.
