Our interesting story

Seung Lee, the owner of National Auto Collision, graduated from University of Washington with BA in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Information Systems. He started his career working for Boeing Company and moved on to pursue his interest in owning a business. He decided to purchase National Auto Collision in 2007 and have been independent and owner operated since then.

Our employees are highly trained and experienced to service all types of vehicles including trucks, hybrids and electric vehicles. It is our passion and interest to restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition or better.

Got in an accident, don't worry. We will work directly with your insurance company on your behalf to take the worry out of handling the insurance claims and to make sure that your vehicle repair is complete and performed with the highest quality of both workmanship and parts. Remember, you have the right to choose the repair facility of your choice.

Do you have a busy schedule and can't drop off the vehicle at our shop? We have courtesy pickup and delivery service available. All we need is an authorization from you to drive your vehicle to and from our shop assuming the vehicle is in drivable condition. If it's not in drivable condition, then call us for towing service.
